Holiday's can stir up a lot of emotions for any of us - Body image issues, relationships with your family, his family, or friends, & can bring you down. Do you give a gift for your current "fling"? Why do I continue to go to family gatherings that DON'T make me feel good? Why do I act different around his family vs. mine? Most importantly, how do I put me first???
