Girl, 15, Sentenced For Fatal Stabbing of Cheerleader | True Crime Today

A 15-year-old New York girl was sentenced to three to nine years in custody for fatally stabbing a cheerleading rival. The victim's mother felt the sentence wasn't enough in the murder of her daughter, 16-year-old Kayla Green. After court, Lavern Gordon said, “Today, the justice system failed my daughter once again.”
