When numbers lie: a final look at 2022

Looking back at the final numbers published for 2022 by the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors, one thing becomes clear - we have to rethink how we evaluate market statistics. Some numbers are returning to "pre-pandemic norms," but it certainly doesn't feel like the pre-pandemic market did. In reality, we're entering another "new normal," and we have to adjust our thinking accordingly. One last look at the 2022 numbers will help bring that reality into focus.
