Setting the Bar: Stolen Tag License Plate?

The most important thing when committing a crime is NOT attracting attention to yourself… right? Well these two Florida Men didn’t get that memo. If you can manage to make it through the day without literally writing “Stolen Tag” on your fake license plate you constructed out of cardboard when you’re planning on committing crimes… you’re doing OK.
