Outstanding Human Rights Defender of the Year, Victor Bulla

We chat to Advocate Godfrey Victor Bulla, this year’s winner of the Outstanding Human Rights Defender of the Year Award.  Bulla is one of five Human Rights defenders who received this award from South Sudan's Human Rights Defenders Network. The award recognizes human rights defenders who have shown outstanding efforts and leadership in the promotion of human rights, equality and non-discrimination in 2022.
