I'm Working

If you have been listening for a minute you know that I am a workaholic, but when I say "I'm working" I am not always typing away on a computer. I am doing everything to make sure my body is a stable work environment. This could mean sleeping the afternoon away, going on a run, chatting with friends, having a glass of wine and a home cooked meal. It could mean so many different things, but whatever it is... I am working.
