"I'm Shaswat, the founder and creator of ChaiBot. I come from a background where tea is considered coffee, so I started developing an interest in tea at an early age. The tea and chai-making process is simple but time taking and creates lots of mess. So I wanted to create a state of art, tea-making machine that takes care of the many inconveniences that are part of the tea-making process and at the same time optimizes the steeping process to provide delicious tea every time."
