Mini Meditation to Heal Yourself

Todays Meditation is all about healing, gently and slowly. I know this process is never linear but one of my core tools is always meditation. Accepting where we are can be so difficult. Winding back and enjoying the inner peace whilst navigating difficult times we can often feel lost in the process of our emotions... I really hope this gives you a few minutes of peace.


The power of Meditation is one that has changed my life. It's not just the practice, it's the moments in between the sessions, the clarity and depth of understanding that you can find.
