Ten months after chasing and shooting a FedEx courier in their neighborhood, a 57-year-old father and his 35-year-old son were re-arrested and charged with attempted murder.
Brandon Gregory Case and his father Gregory Charles Case, both white, were indicted by a grand jury on charges of attempted murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, and shooting at a motor vehicle, according to WJTV-TV. Brandon Case and Gregory Case were indicted for shooting Black man D'Monterrio Gibson.
