Following their goalless draw with Mexico on Matchday 1, Poland have now taken control of Group C with a vital 2-0 win over Saudi Arabia.
It was a big result, especially after the Saudis had shocked Argentina with a 2-1 victory.
Now Poland sit top of Group C, knowing they have a strong chance of progressing to the knockout rounds. As for Saudi Arabia, they need Poland to secure a good victory against Argentina and also better the result with a draw or victory of their own if they are to progress.
