Chris Watts, who murdered his pregnant wife and two daughters, has been writing to multiple women for years, a jail source says.
"They send seductive images, and he reacts," a jailhouse source said. "He's attractive and misunderstood, say many ladies. They write often."
Watts has bought stamps and paper from the commissary, PEOPLE confirms. Prisoners can write as long as no one's safety is threatened. Pornography isn't allowed, but provocative photographs are.
