The Lakewood Police Department issued a statement on November 1 detailing a fire that occurred at the Tiffany Square apartment complex on October 31 at around 4:15 a.m. Reports indicate that all 32 occupants were forced to evacuate, and 14 of the units were damaged by the blaze.
After a dog is seen carrying a severed arm, police are sent to an abandoned house and find the victim's decapitated body.
