Vital Health Information Still Not Available In Accessible Formats

The Accessible Information Standard (AIS) was launched in 2016 and should have made it possible for blind and partially sighted people, in England, to have all information and communications around their health care delivered in accessible formats.
Several years on and people are still not receiving this vital service.
