The (Not) "Real Ones" In Real Estate Investing
Episode 140, Nov 02, 2022, 09:30 AM
There are a lot of real estate investors (both in Greenville and elsewhere) who pose as high volume investors, when in reality they either only do part-time real estate investing or, in some cases, don't invest at all. Oftentimes these "investors" are looking to get something out of rookie real estate investors - trying to find an angle where they can look like an expert so that those looking to get into real estate investing ultimately come to them (and pay them) for a service of some sort. Because a lot of Selling Greenville listeners are rookie/prospective investors, we need to pull back the curtain and discuss how to identify some of the "not real ones" of real estate investing, so that you don't waste your time and money on them.
