“I want to be a captain, and be a leader and leave a good impression on them and a positive impact on their lives.
I want to inspire people to be better and help them grow into future leaders. I want to be someone that people can respect and look up to. But I want my actions to reflect it and not just the fact that I have achieved the position. I want people to want to work with me as a captain”
