Full-Time Safety

In today's podcast, we'll talk about making safety a full-time job.

So stay tuned.

You can find the show notes to each episode, links to the information mentioned on the podcast, the social media platforms we're on, and anything else related to the podcast at WarehouseSafetyTips.com.

If you're a seasoned Podcast Listener, this podcast will be different from most you listen to.  It's based around exactly what the name implies - Warehouse Safety Tips.  And since the people in that industry are busy - we know time is money, so each episode will be as short and to the point as possible.

And now that all that is out of the way - let's get to the Podcast!

Full-Time Safety

How safe and pleasing is it to have a full tank of gas?  You KNOW there's no way you will run out anytime soon.

Same thing with a full-time job.  It gives you comfort in knowing you're earning at full capacity.

Most things are just better when done at one hundred percent.

And when it comes to safety - this couldn't be more true.  Regardless of why you'd do it - it's never OK to operate at anything less than one hundred percent.  Those moments when you remove your safety glasses because they're foggy, take off your hard hat because it's hot, or remove your harness because it's uncomfortable - is when disaster has the potential to strike.  And if you listen to people that have been lucky enough to recall an accident - they almost always have the same story.  "I've done that (whatever it was that assisted the accident) a hundred times before - and nothing happened."

Attribute safety to that of a relationship you have.  If you don't think there's a correlation - tell your significant other that you're ninety-nine percent faithful to them, and you'll see just how important one percent can be!

We look forward to seeing you next week for another Warehouse Safety Tips.

Until then, have a great week and STAY SAFE!
