Spotlight on Alejandra Ospina

In The Spotlight this week we feature Alejandra Ospina. In the past five years, Alejandra Ospina worked as a Human Resources Assistant in the UN Political Mission in Colombia from the very beginning of the Mission where she performed activities in all different areas in the HR Unit such as recruitment processes, onboarding, administration of contracts, benefits, and entitlements for different types of personnel. Previously she had the opportunity to be part of the UNMAS program in Colombia as a National Support Services Associate when the Colombian peace process was about to be established. Before that, she was part of the UNDP which was her first office with the UN.  During her five year tenure with UNDP, she was the focal point for administration, finance, and operations for different projects related to developmental topics.
