The latest jobs report and what it means for real estate

Figuring out what will happen in the future of real estate often involves reading the tea leaves of some of the reports released by the government, including those about how many jobs were added (or lost) in the past month, quarter, etc. This past week, July's jobs report was released, and, shockingly, a substantial number of jobs were added to the economy, further complicating the picture on what is happening today. Are we in a recession, is a recession coming, or are we years away from even saying the "r word"? And what does all this have to do with real estate? That's what we tackle in this week's episode of Selling Greenville.
