The past two years we've seen a large influx of activity by corporations, whom some refer to as "iBuyers," buying and flipping houses in the Greenville area. Opendoor, Offer Pad, Zillow, etc. are just a few that have attempted or are still attempting to flip houses in Greenville. But how do they work, and what is it like dealing with them?
