CES Legislative Assembly: Formulate laws that will help regulate cattle movement in the state

The Central Equatoria state Transitional Legislative Assembly has urged the ministry of agriculture and forestry to formulate laws that will help regulate cattle movement in the state. The law maker says the move will help reduce misunderstanding and clashes between the herders and host communities. Speaker of the state Parliament Peter Wani Elia, further urged Jonglei pastoralists to move peacefully back to their places of origin.
