Investing in a Shifting Real Estate Market

As we brace for the real estate market to shift over the upcoming months (and years), there are always lessons to be learned from the past. The past 15 years, we've really seen four dominant markets: the Great Recession market (2008-2011), the post-recession market (2012-2015), the pre-pandemic market (2016-mid-2020), and the pandemic market (mid-2020-now). What happens to the future real estate market is anyone's guess, but most likely some of what happened in the past will at least be sprinkled in, and so, in this episode of Selling Greenville, we discuss these past markets and how they compare to the current one.
