R-JMEC: Eighty five percent of chapter one of the peace agreement has been implemented

The Reconstituted Joint Monitoring and Evaluation Commission RJMEC says parties to the peace agreement have made tremendous advancement in the implementation of the agreement. R-JMEC Chief of Staff Ambassador Berhanu Kebede says 85 percent of chapter one of the agreement has been implemented. He says the disagreements surrounding the unification of forces have been resolved and that parties are now working towards graduating the forces. 

Ambassador Kebede was speaking during the Nationwide discussion program this evening.
