(Dr of Pharmacy) turned into a personal wellness coach who is passionate about healing from the inside out. She founded her coaching company 2 years ago called Self Love First LLC.  Self Love First is a mindset and lifestyle transformation that begins as soon as you decide to put yourself first, and reach for that highest, truest version of yourself.  Her tools for coaching involve Mind, Body, & Soulful Nourishment techniques for anxiety, fatigue, overwhelm, and emotional healing. My mission is to empower women to heal themselves and to flourish into their best, highest self.
