Meet David Betancourt, Viola Myre OC Volunteer of the Year here at the Orange County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. As well as one of our Education Foundation Board Members. And also a Board Member for the separate California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
All while acting as the External Affairs Market Manager of Southern California for Comerica Bank.
Not bad for someone who started with the OCHCC as a volunteer right out of college at one of our earlier Estrella Awards!
