And now that all that is out of the way - let's get to the Podcast!
Looking For Trouble
On our podcast today - we're going to go against everything you were told growing up.
All your life - parents, teachers, and friends have been telling you, "Don't go looking for trouble!" Sometimes they'd end it with, "If you do - you just might find it!" Of course, they were referencing getting into trouble - such as fighting, drinking or doing drugs, or anything that might be illegal or dangerous.
To stay ahead of issues in factories, warehouses, and anywhere safety practices are put into action - sometimes you NEED to go looking for trouble. You WANT to find situations where something could potentially happen before it does.
Whether you're following ISO, The 5S Methodology, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or a combination of them all - eliminating waste, extra movements, and potential issues is paramount.
We look forward to seeing you next week for another Warehouse Safety Tips.
Until then, have a great week and STAY SAFE!
