Chris Sheeran

Chris has a background in architectural design, commercial construction design and builds project managing, and now property investing.

Chris was in charge of multi-million-pound deals and hundreds of staff at one time and we talk about the strains and stresses that he had to deal with on a day-to-day basis.

Chris opens up about his battle with mental health and offers some fantastic advice on how he is currently dealing with it compared to how he used to deal with it.
