This year is a big one for state and local elections, and many of the candidates have real estate concerns front and center. Infrastructure, growth, housing affordability, gentrification, and property tax concerns make up just a handful of the topics that are being fiercely debated within Greenville and within the state of SC, and this is reflected in the campaigns of many of those who are running for Greenville county council and the state house.
