After going viral for calling out the modelling industry for saying she was “too big” at a UK size 6, Charli Howard has gone on to become an advocate for all bodies through her books, Instagram content and transparent beauty brand, Squish.
Liz and Jordan sit down with Charli for an honest conversation about her journey so far, to find out how she went from self-loathing to self-love – and how she consistently works towards her goal of being at peace with herself.
Charli also shares what it’s like to be pushed into being a role model and how she is showing up within the body positivity space.
