"The System's Being Very Slow Today"
Season 4, Episode 10, Mar 16, 2022, 07:55 PM
This week Ruth and Ange get mad about call centres. More specifically, they have a rant about those delightful call centre workers who deem it necessary to provide a running commentary on everything they're doing, usually incorporating the immortal phrase, "I'm so sorry, my system's being very slow today".
There's an excellent D*ckish Behaviour from one of our amazing listeners about microwaved fish in the office, and an Urban Dictionoir straight out of the COVID age.
All that plus a couple of anecdotes about brother James, and a perplexing question: "Are there more doors or wheels in the world?". Ruth thinks doors, Ange thinks wheels, Producer Joe thought wheels but changed his mind and now thinks doors. These are the kind of heavy questions we attempt to answer on Finding The Funny.
It's another stone cold banger of an episode gang, get it listened to ASAP!
