I began my culinary career in the south of France in 2011 after over 8 years in the hospitality industry in the UK.My cooking style is a mixture of culinary traditions with a slight modern twist. I also enjoy the typical flavors of Thailand and Japan. I aim to produce healthy meals without having to sacrifice flavours which is why the foundation of my cooking is using seasonal, fresh and organic produce whenever possible.
My mission is always to deliver a great culinary experience rather than just a meal. I'm constantly building my recipe collection with the ingredients I find all around the world. I would describe my food style as Modern, Fresh, and Inventive.
My main 'go to' ingredients have to be fresh herbs, citrus and sea salt.
