In a country that is recuperating from years of violence, it is not easy to maneuver and face life with a sound mind. As sporadic fighting continues in selected parts of the country, such experiences create a huge impact on the mental health of the many affected individuals. Such issues have for long been perceived to be insignificant and are normally swept under the rug. This morning, Miraya breakfast featured an advocate who has decided to push for immediate attention to mental health issues.
