Shrinking Civic Space in South Sudan

The right to participate, associate and communicate with each other in political and social structures around us is quite often met with resistance especially from those who do not share the same view. The situation can be more difficult if the resistance is coming from those with political power. How is the situation for South Sudan in as far as the civic space is concerned?
