Making Adventurous Activities More Accessible - Yankalilla Mayor

A program is being trialled by the Yankalilla and Mitcham councils to make electronic biking more accessible for people with disabilities.

Three eTrikes (motorised wheelchair-style tricycles), and some MT Push (Mountain Terrain Push) chairs will be available to try as part of the Opening the Door to Nature project.

Mayor Simon Rothwell joins Jennie Lenman in this podcast to discuss the plan and to talk more holistically about disability access and activities in the region.
