Dnes budeme akcelerovat s Lukášem Zazvonilem, zakladatelem, spolumajitelem a CEO butikové
agentury Bell & Hurry. Řekl jsem to správně?
-Už nejsme úplně butiková, ale dejme tomu, správně.
-K tomu se dostaneme, než se k tomu dostaneme.
Mě zaujalo, ty máš takovej netradiční koníček, kolikrát jsi vzletěl a kolikrát přistál?
Pojď nám, pojď nám představit, Bell & Hurry a tvojí pouť k založení Bell & Hurry.
Dost dlouho jsme tam měli ještě takovej přívěšek Bell & Hurry UX Agency for Finance,
To si asi najdou,
A vidíte ty finální obrázky
Já jsem začínal v IT,
mnoho let, a prošel jsem i nějakýma manažerskýma pozicema v rámci větších IT firem.
Měli jsme tam spolupodíl, spoluvlastnili jsme to s
kus štěstí vlastně a náhody, a začali jsme s nima objíždět vlastně různé destinace. Tzn.
protože, a k tomu gratuluju relativně nedávno jsi získal strategickýho parťáka,
komunismus a korporát zevnitř nerozložíš.
-My jsme dlouho hledali, my než jsme vlastně po dvou třech letech zjistili,
To si asi nebudeme zastírat,
My jsme hledali strategickýho partnera,
kvalitního vývojového zázemí a byznys konzultantského zázemí a obchodního zázemí,
Takže my jsme si řekli, že bude super to držet
vedle a ta strategie pořád trvá a musím říct, že se nám to teďka daří.
Protože vlastně máme společný obchodní týmy, když jdeme do nějakého většího dealu,
tak vlastně jdeme jako jedna firma,
realizace probíhá společně, ten klient vlastně nepozná, že to dělají dvě,
dvě firmy, ale vnitřně si můžeme dovolit dva jiný systémy řízení,
-Okey.
A to, co vlastně my v rámci UX designu
a potom vlastně implementace toho řešení.
-A nechce, nechce ho pustit ven,
protože si říká: Ještě to není dobrý. Ještě to není dost dobrý. -Oni mi to ukradnou.
-A oni mi ukradnou. Ano, jo, tady , to je, to bývá častý. A po tom ho to pustí,
ještě nejlépe do toho naleje do reklamy spoustu peněz a pak zjistí, že...
-Oni to nechápou. -Oni to nechápou, oni to nechtěj, oni to nekupují.
To je prostě nejčastěji ten. A to je právě proto, že ty lidi
neprojdou ten proces.
Tzn.
asi to nebudu chtít používat. Takže ono je mnohem lepší
-A to mě znáš a stejně ti to neřeknu. A stejně.
Kdyžtak to můžeme potom dát do nějaký přílohy.
To znamená velmi levně prostě vezmete si uživatele,
uděláte scénář a vyzkoušíte, jak prostě, když mu dáte,
když mu dáte zadání, udělej tady platbu v internetovém bankovnictví a budete vidět,
No a když máte ověřenej prototyp,
A v podstatě my nechceme, aby ten vývojář příliš přemejšlel nad tím,
-Když by si tyhlety fáze, kdyby jsi na ně nahodil procenta?
mám nějaký nápad a jdu do úplně nové země, prostě.
takže tlačí samozřejmě, my vlastně nepotřebujeme ten vývoj,
my vlastně nepotřebujeme ten výzkum, nepotřebujeme to tady nějak moc ověřovat.
obvyklá věta je: My víme, co naši klienti chtějí.
A když slyšíš: My víme, co naši klienti chtějí.
to prostě není konkurenční výhoda.
User interface a User experience.
A celý, celý vlastně dohromady to musí dávat smysl.
-Protože my rádi diskutujeme fialovou...
Tzn.
těmhletěm, co by takhle reagovali? -Jo.
Prostě to funguje, to funguje stejně.
No a pak je určitý minimální procento lidí,
kde k tomu switchi nedojde, a on řekne: To nebyla reprezentativní skupina.
-Jo. -Jo, a dejme tomu 80 %
nějakou konzistentní skupinu, já nevím, byly by to sestřičky v nemocnici třeba,
A ty UX týmy, čím víc rostou,
A velká banka nedokáže
-Interagováním, no jasně.
-No, no no, přesně tak. A ty lidi to nemusejí
Uvidíme, do jaké míry to půjde, takový první,
-Okey, kdybysme to,
to, to zásadní.
Držím palce a přeju úspěch.
