13. Raw Talk with Kate Coleman

Kate Coleman is the owner/operator of Raw Replenish, a raw, plant-based cafe and juice and smoothie bar with the passion of food with purpose and food as medicine. She is a busy entrepreneur, wife, and a mama of 2 awesome kiddos.

Rewind 8 years, Kate was a stay-at-home mom, teaching fitness classes on the side, and she wanted to create a second income for her family. She became inspired to try a little side juicing business. The more she learned about juicing the more she fell in love with the process of creating recipes that served as purposeful nutritional supplements and health supportive remedies. Her husband built a small kitchen in their townhome garage so she could apply for a limited food establishment permit and obtain a license to sell juice and start a business. It grew from there! Her business model is to create a place where her staff has the opportunity to create cheer and positive energy to all customers.
