Chewy Health discusses their latest technological innovations

Mita Malhotra is the Vice President of Chewy Health at Chewy, Inc. She joined the company in 2018. As vice president and general manager, Mita leads Chewy’s journey to delivering a world-class healthcare experience to pets, pet parents, and partners through a customer-focused approach. 

Malhotra is a seasoned leader who brings over 15 years of retail and e-commerce experience to Chewy. She has a proven track record of leading teams to success and growth. Before joining Chewy, Malhotra was a Category Leader at Amazon for Amazon-owned devices and accessories business. Under her leadership, the category doubled year-over-year growth for Amazon Devices and claimed the #1 spot for market segment share across multiple categories. Prior to that, she spent eight years at Dell, where she was responsible for growing Dell’s PC business through traditional retail and e-commerce channels.

Malhotra holds a Master’s degree from UC Berkeley in Geotechnical Engineering and a B.E. from Punjab Engineering College. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her 6-year-old daughter and Shih Tzu named D.
