AMONG the headlines for Tuesday, December 21, 2021, Malaysia reported another 3,140 new Covid-19 cases within the last 24 hours.
Meanwhile, about 97.5 pct of the adult population in the country have completed their COVID-19 vaccination as of yesterday.
As for the adolescent population, about 86.9 pct of individuals comprising those aged between 12 and 17, have completed the vaccination
Also, two hundred cases of Omicron variant of coronavirus have been detected in India so far, out of which 77 patients have recovered or migrated.
Meanwhile, about 5,326 new Covid-19 cases were detected with about 453 deaths reported in the last 24 hours.
