Debbie Conyers "Leader in Highlight" Interview Part 2 with Stephanie Tierney

Debbie Conyers passes the baton to ECIA’s new Director of Marketing Communications and Member Engagement, Stephanie Tierney, and offers some insightful messages for the industry.  Stephanie shares her personal side and communicates her background in the industry and goals for her new role at ECIA, while Debbie encourages her to  "make it her own".  Debbie shares her plans for retirement and also encourage the industry to "recruit on how inclusive we can be.."
