She discusses the benefits of plant-based diets given the promising findings of the retrospective study, “Association of plant-based diet index with prostate cancer risk,” published recently in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. Loeb is a professor in the departments of urology and population health at the NYU Grossman School of Medicine, New York City, New York.
