With Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, and New Year's Eve all around the corner, the month of December has more to offer than just holiday preparations. In this episode, the focus is on this month of celebration, and therefore, the Stress Management Society addressing this topic and its positive impact on mental health and wellbeing. 
Positive anticipation, however small, contributes to us feeling more upbeat and energised. Even if you don’t like celebrating your birthday, a small part of you is likely to feel happy at the thought of it even if it is for a brief moment.
