For the past 10 years, I have worked with the luxurious Grace Bay Resorts, a hotel group in the Turks and Caicos Islands. I currently serve as the Group Director of Human Resources with responsibility for the development of over 500 employees across three properties. I have a proven track record of training and promotion from within and a consistently high employee retention rate.

As host of my Podcast, SheWil LEAD (Live Everyday Above Defeat), I highlight female leaders and personalities that have overcome challenges and are living each day above defeat.
