Which Real Estate Is Safest for a Recession?
Episode 90, Nov 17, 2021, 10:27 AM
We never know when the next recession or economic depression might be upon us, and as a result, people are constantly fretting that it might happen tomorrow. This has been even more the case the past year as a result of the pandemic, various things happening in (and caused by) the government, and with the way home prices are soaring. So it's worth considering: which properties are the ones that have the best chance of withstanding a recession and not losing a huge chunk of their value? In this episode of Selling Greenville, we discuss 5 of them and why they should theoretically retain their value better in a recession than others.
