CHOICE has awarded the 'Airline Customer Advocate' a Shonky Award for leaving Australians stranded.
The airline-industry funded scheme that is meant to solve consumers problems has no teeth and no real value, according to the consumer group.
CHOICE has named the worst services and products today in their annual Shonky Awards.
