Among his many accolades and accomplishments, Dr. Tushman is the Charles B. (Tex) Thornton Chair of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard. His influential 2016 book, Lead and Disrupt: How to Solve the Innovator's Dilemma co-written with Charles A. O'Reilly III, was released in its second edition this year.
