Charity Chief Exec’s Weekly Update 23/10/2021

Each week we chat with RNIB’s CEO Matt Stringer to discuss the big news affecting the charity.

This week Matt talks about the new ‘Free RNIB Will Guide’ TV advert promoting the free RNIB Will Guide which also features the inspirational story of visually impaired 13 year-old James as well as how leaving a legacy in your will helps to support the work of the RNIB providing a more inclusive world for blind and partially sighted people.

Matt also talks about the government kickstarter scheme supporting 16 to 24 year-olds into work and how the scheme is helping visually impaired young people here at the RNIB including how the scheme helped Max with vital employment experience and now Max has a full time role here at the RNIB as one of our National Involvement Coordinators.
