AMONG the headlines for Thursday, October 21, 2021, The Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture, Nancy Shukri earlier today said, the country may reopen to international tourists in November.
Nancy said tourists from Singapore could be the first to enter Malaysia.
The tourism minister said she will meet with Singapore officials next week to discuss reopening of cross-border travel between the two countries.
Also, more than 150 people have died in flooding across India and Nepal, officials said on Thursday, as unseasonably heavy rains across the region led to flash floods in several areas, stranding residents and destroying homes and infrastructure.
