Sean Schieferstein: The NEED for a Side Hustle & the Power of Not Being Where You Want to Be (YET)!

To Sean, side hustles are a necessity in making sure one's main source of income isn't good enough. Side hustles keep a mindset of perseverance, Sean describes, as they require extra effort. To that end, Sean is a big believer in the phrase, famed by Joel Embiid of the Philadelphia 76ers, "trust the process"! Sean notes that we aren't all where we want to be yet, but that we will get there by committing to the process, setting smart goals, and working tirelessly for those goals!
