A frantic search ensued and after 75 days, the mutilated bodies of Miriam García Iborra, Toñi Gómez Rodríguez and Desirée Hernández Folch were found buried in a shallow grave. A fumbled investigation followed, and many people wonder if the person charged with the murders was guilty or not. The murders that caused a national sensation, remains one of the biggest criminal cases in Spanish history.
