Trust me - you don't want to buy a house sight unseen, and most people will never even be put in a situation where they could. But there are some unique situations, particularly for investors, where sight unseen types of purchases present the best opportunities. So what can you do to minimize the risk of buying something as large and expensive as a house without first seeing it?
