It is Foster Carers' Week here in Australia and Skirvo caught up with Tasmanian Foster Carer Kim Sinstead on the breakfast show today and she shared her 21 year journey as a foster carer. Foster Carers are in need on the West Coast, particularly in Queenstown in the area of Respite Care.
